McGinnis, first of all, is a one-stop shop for all things related to your contractor's needs. They do it all! They're incredibly professional and keep you in the "know" at all times during each phase of the project. My wife and I had a major water leak in the house that led us to McGinnis. They were prompt in arriving to quote out the project as well as getting the man power on site to start the work. Their staff were efficient with all the attention to detail in mind, with one shout out to Hector! Hector is a skilled craftsman who really knows his craft. the man who put the vinyl flooring in my kitchen did a wonderful job i had so many corners and an island to go around and gaps in the floor he did such a great job , a perfect job that the floor looks perfect and wonderful he was very professional. and i thank him for all his hard work.

Jon and team at Servpro and McGinnis did a phenomenal job restoring our master bath after water damage, and worked closely with us to pick out materials and make sure we were pleased with their work.

We had a water leak that caused quite a lot of damage to our house. McGinnis restoration did the repairs which were extensive. Justin was in charge of the restoration project. It was a challenge to get contractors because of our location. Justin coordinated all the contractors which had to drive on an average of two hours to get there. He kept us informed when they were arriving and estimated times for the various reconstruction process. He also coordinated all of the costs with the insurance company. The quality of the work done was excellent . We would highly recommend McGinnis for any construction needs that you have and would use them again in the future.

We had a major water damage from a pipe coming loose from under our sink in our kitchen from a bad plumbing job that was done back in September 2024. Nat Graves and his team did a wonderful job helping walk us through the restoration process and restoring our home to even better than it was before.

In less than three months, Nat and his team ripped out our tile backsplash in our kitchen, removed multiple cabinets and rebuilt them to match existing ones in our kitchen, and replaced our old engineered hardwood floor floors with LVP floors from Coretec.

In addition to their team doing a wonderful job, they went above and beyond and helped us lift our more than 200 pound new table into our dining room and assemble it. They also hauled off a lot of extra garbage such as boxes and old materials we no longer needed after our floors were replaced.

Thank you McGinnis Restoration for the wonderful job. I also want to take a minute and thank Valley Plumbing and Direct Flooring for their wonderful work as well as part of this project. Also big shoutout to Cody for the wonderful backsplash tile job!

Tony did an amazing job. Worked long,hard hours! Took pride in his workload and was very meticulous. Would want to have him on any job. He’s a keeper.

i would like to say the cabinet maker did a amazing job in my kitchen excellent work . and j. d. was a great worker and very friendly i was please with his work and trenton looper was the nicest man i ever met he was very helpfull and tried really hard to please every thing i wanted, he was great to work with .you have wonderful people.

Justin Netzel and all the crew at Servpro and McGinnis did an amazing job on my dad’s place after a fire. Justin did great keeping him updated on everything that was going on with his house. Now Dad is back home and happy with the out come. Thanks again Justin and crew.

I should have left this review in October of 2024 when the crew finished the extensive renovation from a fire that occurred on April 22, 2024.
We want to single out Cody as the single most effective worker on the crew. Cody was the one who made sure each room and each project looked perfect and was complete so that we could move back into a house we loved and that looked every bit as beautiful and was as well built as the original. I did almost every touch up and every final repair. His expertise in drywall, texturing, painting, etc. made him the perfect person for the final touches.

Justin N., Project Manager, supervised our building restoration following damage from a broken water pipe. We appreciated that he explained our restoration process and made a point of communicating with us regularly to update us and answer any questions we might have. He was consistently quick to respond to our phone calls or texts, always with a positive attitude. Justin was genuinely concerned that all work be completed correctly and to our satisfaction. Dave, Working Foreman, was pleasant, polite and respectful. He was also encouraging to his helpers and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all work.
