Tim and Nick McGinnis, are the Owners of McGinnis Restoration & Construction. For over Thirty years we have been providing restoration, remodels, additions and renovation services in the Mid-Willamette area for both commercial and residential customers. We have performed stunning renovations, remodels or restorations from Commercial building such as HP, restaurants such as Sharon’s Café, Large apartment buildings, 10 plex’s, all the way down to a simple bathroom remodel. We had a very bad water leak in the wall between the laundry room and kitchen. The water damage was pretty bad, kitchen floors and lower cabinets.
